Refund and Cancellation Policy

Introduction
This policy applies to all purchases and bookings made through drnehamehta.com and its associated platforms. All services are managed by MeDa Partners Private Limited and My Fit Brain. Dr. Neha Mehta operates as a contracted professional through these entities and does not hold individual liability for any transaction or dispute.
1. No Refund Policy
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances once a purchase has been completed. This applies to:
- Consultation sessions booked via MyFitBrain
- Ebooks and courses purchased via Intimacy Academy
- Wellness products purchased via Wayveda
- Certification programs purchased via Sneh Sutra
We strongly encourage all users to read product and service descriptions carefully before completing a purchase.
2. Appointment Booking and Confirmation
All consultations with Dr. Neha Mehta are by prior appointment only. Walk-in visits are not accepted.
After a booking is placed, our team requires up to 72 hours to confirm the final appointment time. Time slots displayed on the booking platform are tentative and for reference only. A specific time is not confirmed or guaranteed until written confirmation is received from our team. No obligation is placed on Dr. Neha Mehta or MeDa Partners Private Limited to honour a displayed time slot prior to written confirmation.
3. Pricing for NRI and International Clients
All services and products — including consultations, ebooks, courses, certifications, and wellness products — are offered at 2X the standard India pricing for clients residing outside India. This includes NRI clients and all international clients regardless of country of residence or citizenship. By completing a purchase, international clients confirm they have read, understood, and accepted this pricing structure. No refund or partial refund will be provided on the basis of pricing difference.
4. Rescheduling
Confirmed appointments may be requested for rescheduling subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the confirmed appointment time by writing to help@drnehamehta.com. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling but cannot guarantee a specific alternative time slot.

5. Technical Failure
In the rare event that a session cannot take place due to a technical failure on our end, a rescheduled session will be offered at no additional charge. This provision does not apply to connectivity or technical issues on the client's end.
6. Payment Entities
Payments are processed through two authorised entities:
- My Fit Brain — for all consultations and session bookings
- MeDa Partners Private Limited — for all digital products, courses, certifications, and wellness products
Both entities are fully authorised to collect payments on behalf of this platform. All transactions are secure.
7. Jurisdiction and Liability
All disputes arising from purchases, bookings, or use of services through this platform shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hisar, Haryana, India.
MeDa Partners Private Limited and My Fit Brain are the responsible commercial entities for all transactions. Dr. Neha Mehta operates as a contracted professional and does not hold individual financial or legal liability for any dispute, claim, or grievance arising from any transaction or service delivery.
