1. Clear Your Workspace

This might not sound like much but it will make a huge difference in your day. A cluttered desk can stress you out even more whereas an organized desk will help increase your focus and motivate you to work even more efficiently. You can say that physical clutter on a desk might occupy your mental space as well. Organizing your cluttered work space will also give you something else to focus on and leave you feeling good with a sense of peace. 

2. Reduce Screen Time

I know it sounds like an impossible task but if you want to improve your quality of life and work on overcoming your mental exhaustion then you need to be serious about reducing your screen time. Answering calls and emails keeps your mind in a  continuous state of responsiveness which can result in mental exhaustion and to avoid that from happening you need to reduce your screen time.

Overworking your mind is not going to help you work or study more efficiently. These regular breaks provide the rest your mind needs and helps you prevent from being mentally exhausted.

You need to prioritize taking care of yourself more. Self-care is equally as important as working or [performing well in school. Working extraordinarily won’t help you if you are mentally exhausted. Try dedicating one day a week to self care, you can just relax or do things like going out with friends and family, anything that does not add to your stress can prove very helpful.

You will be shocked to see how energized you feel after a good sleep. It can help you reduce your stress a lot.

This is the best remedy to overcome mental exhaustion. It will help soothe your soul and calm your mind at the same time. There are a lot of benefits of meditation in the early morning, like improved physical health, sharpened focus and relaxation. When you incorporate meditation in your daily life you will physically see changes in your health and your mood.
